Valentine’s Day is just around the corner (Sunday, February 14th), so now is the time to start thinking about decorations and crafty fun projects! Making your own Valentine décor can be lots of fun and I have plenty of ideas to share with you from my fellow blogger friends. 

Valentine’s Day might be just one day, but there’s no reason you can’t go all out for this holiday of love! I have homemade cards and crafts to tap into your creative side or easy decorations to show your thoughtful side to give as gifts to your friends . Plus many, many others!  Luckily, you don’t have to be a DIY genius to get creative with the ideas presented here.

DIY Beautify shows you how to craft this easy and stunning Valentine’s XO Felt Pillow. I can see these on my couch in the very near future. 

Making beautiful Valentine cards may seem like it is a difficult job, but Craft Rocker (don’t you just love the blog’s name!) demonstrates how to make Pop Up Heart Cards. These are so much better than store bought!

House of Handmade has the ingenious idea of making a wreath with a pool noodle! Yes, you read that right-a pool noodle. Check out how to make a $3 Rustic Valentine’s Day Heart Wreath for your front door.

This creative Oyster Shell Valentine Wreath by Simple Nature Décor is one I have to try. Especially since I live so close to the Gulf Coast and oysters are in abundant here in Texas. 

Tassels have been and still are a big decorating trend. Elle  Marie Home has this Shimmering Red and Pink Tassel Garland post. This idea isn’t just great at Valentine’s Day, but all year long!
